ACA STEP
This is a quick step by step guideline for user to delegate dedicated Coveredca Certified agent "Calvin Lee" to help user with - yearly renewal (especially when you forget how to login in the future or call center can't be reach),
- update,
- upload document(s),
- advise before any change,
- intercommunication with Coveredca & insurance company,
- follow up
- transition changes,
- retrieve document needed by their tax advisor/CPA.,
- help with account management when user forget their access to their own account,
- help with returning users who lost their coverage from job,
- help with returning users who just move, married/divorce or have new family, family member leave,
All services are complimentary!
This instruction is for Covered California user who has access to their online account.
I am an existing Covered California user and I am able to login to my online account to assign Calvin as agent.
Before user can delegate an agent, user has to login to their existing account with their Username and Password.
If you have access to your Covered California online account, add us as agent with the following steps
Step 0: Login to www.CoveredCA.com
Step 1: Once logged in, upon seeing Welcome, in the Account Home , scroll to the top of the page.
Step 2: At the top right of your page, click the question mark in a circle, ?
Step 3: Next, click the "Find Local Help" link.
Step 4: From the popped up window, click "AGENT".
Step 5: In the Search form, type your Zip Code, in the First Name, type "Calvin", in the Last Name, type "Lee" and Distance select "ANY". Next, click the button to search.
Step 6: After the agency COVERANY with Name CALVIN LEE is loaded, click radio button "Select". Next click the button Continue
Step 7: Check all the 4 boxes.
Step 8: In the Applicant e-Signature, type the primary account user's first & last name. Next, click "CONFIRM".
Step 9: When you see "Success" message below or successfully delegate, click "Close", close the box. Please enter the form below or send us a text or an email to notify us.
