Insurance Advisor Consultation Agreement

As your insurance advisor, I am pleased to offer free assistance and advice to guide you through the enrollment process. This complimentary service is provided on the condition that the final insurance enrollment is completed through my designated enrollment system, which allows me to be compensated by the insurance company for my time and expertise.

If, after receiving advice, you choose to enroll without listing me as your agent on the application and do not rectify this by re-enrolling through my system before the enrollment deadline, I will not receive compensation from the insurance company. In such cases, any consultation services provided will be billable at loss of annual commission, which will be charged directly to you for the time spent advising.

This policy ensures that I can continue to offer valuable, professional advice to all clients without incurring unpaid time.
